Returns and Refunds Policy

We provide a comprehensive 14-day money-back or exchange guarantee for all our products. Below, you’ll find an outline of this policy:

How to initiate a return: You have two options for returning items:

  1. Bring the item(s) in their original branded packaging and in new condition to our Paradise Square showroom along with your proof of purchase, or
  2. Contact us via phone or email to arrange a collection of the items from your premises by either us or our logistics partner. Please note that transportation costs will be your responsibility. The items for collection must be in their original branded packaging and in new condition, and proof of purchase must be provided.

Refund details: Your refund will match the amount you paid for the returned goods, with the following exceptions:

  • Delivery fees from your original purchase will not be reimbursed.
  • If the returned goods are not in their original packaging, we will apply a handling fee deducted from your refund.
  • For items collected by us or our logistics partner, transportation costs will be deducted from your refund, along with a handling fee.

Returns policy exceptions: We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • If the 14-day return period has elapsed. For in-store purchases, this period begins on the invoice date; for online purchases, it begins on the delivery date.
  • When proof of purchase is unavailable.
  • If the returned goods are not in new condition.
  • For items purchased on sale; refunds or exchanges are not accepted for sale items.
